Honors Biology
Your window panes project is due on Tuesday! If you have been doing your window pane homework all along then you have nothing to do for this. you will receive a test grade that represents your homework average. Most of you have 100 on this. This is your reward for having a good work ethic! Pat yourself on the back!!!
Those of you that haven't been doing your homework: There were 4 sets for this 6 weeks ( energy, protein synthesis, heredity and evolution)
You were informed on Friday that you had until Tuesday morning to fix any window panes you may have neglected to do. You will receive a re-take test grade of an 85 if you do all of your window panes to pre-determined specifications. Your current window pane homework scores of 0 will be replaced with a 50. I WILL NOT TAKE ANY WORK PAST TUESDAY! Tuesday is the end of the grading period.
Tuesday in class: those of you that need to re-take the heredity test may do so during class tuesday or after school Monday or Tuesday.
Protein synthesis THIRD chance- Monday after school 3:10 to 4:00. I will go through the process again and give you points for attending and participating in this tutoring session. Those points will go on your protein synthesis test.
AP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE:
YOUR AP EXAM IS ON MONDAY, MAY 4TH
Check powerschool to see if you are missing anything! Get it to me by Tuesday so you can receive some credit!
Be in class daily- each day will earn you points.
Be on time, be ready. This week is very important!
Next week we can slow down while you take your exams, but this week will be demanding.
ALL WEEK YOU WILL HAVE APES IN A BOX CLIPS TO WATCH FOR HOMEWORK.
TAKE SOME NOTES SO YOU CAN USE THEM THE NEXT DAY FOR WARM-UPS/ QUIZZES.
MONDAY: YOU GET YOUR LAST BOX
Tuesday: Group quiz on all 8 boxes. It is in your best interest to have as many of boxes memorized as you can for this day. Treat it like a practice run for Wednesday's individual test.
Wednesday:
INDIVIDUAL TEST ON ALL 8 BOXES!!
IF YOU ARE ABSENT, YOU WILL TAKE IT THE NEXT DAY YOU SHOW UP!
Re-takes will have to be taken Thursday or Friday. There is no point in you mastering this information after the AP exam!
We will be moving on to other things :)
